The CSoP @Guangzhou has always focused on finding and cultivating social actors who can systematically identify and solve social problems - those who cherish the humanitarian spirit and are willing to advocate for social progress through practices. We provide high-quality humanistic and philanthropic education for them, expecting them to become an important driving force for the future society.

The CSoP @Gunagzhou's core program, the MPS (Mastering, Philosophy, Science) Philanthropic Leadership Training Program, is based on three pillars: "Craftsmanship Spirit" (Mastering), "Humanistic Literacy" (Philosophy) and "Scientific Attitudes" (Science), carrying out holistic education. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "people-oriented", we are committed to cultivating social actors with both thinking ability and action ability. We hope that they possess the following characteristics:

Among them, the benevolent temperament is the cornerstone of individual characters, and the public spirits are the key perspectives. The serving capabilities can be a strength, and the resilience incarnates an accumulation of experience. The courage is particularly precious. These qualities together shape a free and complete personhood, which enable people to play an important role in society.

Looking back, the CSoP @Guangzhou has grown through exploration and has cultivated hundreds of outstanding philanthropic professionals. After graduation, they return to their respective positions and regions, transforming what they have learned into actions, and continuing to advocate for the development of the third sector. We firmly believe that in the next decades, or even longer, as long as we keep supporting these social changemakers, they will surely become the mainstays of the development of a progressive Chinese society.

Looking forward to the future, the CSoP @Guangzhou will continue to cultivate social actors with both professionalism and humanistic care through philanthropic education, and encourage them to respond to the needs of the times through practice. At the same time, we will continuously conduct philanthropic research, in order to provide a firm theoretical basis for more people devoted to social progress.
